Mission Lift possesses the skills and credentials to effectively handle your financial needs that are essential to successful operation of your organization. In addition to setting up financial and accounting systems, Mission helps with the following operations: bookkeeping, cash flow projections, monthly financial reports, grant and program reporting, audit quotes, audit preparation, government and funder compliance requirements, accreditation preparation such as CARF, and obtaining credentials such as 501(c)3 nonprofit designation. Mission Lift has staff certified in QuickBooks and recommends it for nonprofit organizations and small businesses. |

Human Resources
Mission Lift develops and supports the creation of new employee recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training systems. Mission Lift also assists with ongoing HR processes such as developing 30-day and annual performance reviews, sourcing of benefits packages including health insurance and retirement, conducting employee retention strategies and stay interviews, and developing personnel manuals. If an employee leaves the firm, we help offboard with internal and external messaging, exit interviews, and sendoff celebrations. |

Grants Financial Management
