Certified Nonprofit Professional
​The Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) is the only national nonprofit management credential in the U.S. Earners of this credential have successfully completed a rigorous leadership development program that includes assessed coursework, applied learning opportunities, internship, consulting projects, and service-learning activities. Research shows that CNPs have the critical skills and networks necessary for successful leadership in the nonprofit sector.
Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor
​Mission Lift has team members who specialize in QuickBooks, which is the leading software for nonprofits and small businesses to manage their financials and accounting. Team members are certified as an independent QuickBooks consulting professional to assist nonprofits  and small businesses with setting up and managing their accounting processes, which includes bookkeeping, tax preparation, tax filing, and organizing financial data.
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Mission Lift helps nonprofit organization set up their own online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to store and track all of their data, including stakeholder information, donations, grants, program data, attendance, events, evaluation data, and any other data your organization wants to track. Salesforce can track all areas of data your organization wants to capture. Mission Lift has team members experienced in Salesforce and certified as a Salesforce Administor, which means they can help you through the entire process of designing and setting up your account. They can then assist you once your database is set up by coaching your staff, importing and managing data, and creating reports and dashboards for real-time results of your data.
Certificate in Dismantling Oppression 
Through this certification, Mission Lift team members were trained in ways to interrupt interpersonal and institutional patterns that perpetuate systemic oppression and encourages practices that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. These approaches are

This training Mission Lift team members attended focused on 1) Systemic Framework of Race Based Oppression, 2) Self-Evaluation: Anti-Racism Continuum, 3) Anti-Racist Principles and Practices, and 4) Developing an Action-Focused Plan to implement in your work.
