With succession planning, Mission Lift helps organizations determine the level of vulnerability (no successor identified for a position) and criticality (importance of the position to your organization) for each position in your organization in order to strategize and secure a plan for each role.

Mission Lift helps grow and strengthen the Board of Directors through recruitment and retention, training, strategic and fund development planning, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Mission Lift can assist in optimizing each board member's strengths while ensuring they understand and can effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities. Mission Lift can also support the formation and implementation of functioning committee structures as well as the different board types including advisory, work, and governance boards.

Our team has used participative listening and solution-focused methods to move your board and staff to productive and results-driven products. Our team has facilitated board retreats, neighborhood partnership collaborations, international volunteer trainings, and organizational mergers. Our specialty is incorporating all participants in the process through active work and listening sessions.
